Award season continues, and the Georgia Bulldogs have many players named to the AP All-American teams

Award season continues this week after the Georgia Bulldogs have been able to notch a multitude of awards. Brock Bowers won his second straight John Mackey Award at the ESPN College Football Awards show, and today, the Bulldogs have multiple players named to the Associated Press All-American teams.

What is interesting about this year’s All-American teams is that there is a total of 25 players that are in their fifth year or later, including all three quarterbacks selected, Jayden Daniels, Michael Penix Jr., and Bo Nix. Out of the three teams, Georgia had a total of four selections to the list. On the first team offense was third-year tight end Brock Bowers, and on the first team defense was second-year safety Malaki Starks. Joining them on the second-team offense was fourth-year guard and center; Tate Ratledge and Sedrick Van Pran.
