CJ Madden Announces Transfer Decision Following Georgia Departure

Second-year surge: Georgia EDGE C.J. Madden

Georgia has seen about 15 of their players from the 2023 roster hit the transfer portal this season. One of these players is linebacker CJ Madden. Madden announced he would be trasnferring from the Georgia Bulldogs not too long ago, and has gound his new home. Madden announces that he will be a Purdue Boilermakers for the 2024 season, joining Brock Vandagriff and Austin Blaske as the only former Dawgs who have joined a new program following their departure from Georgia. Madden will be a vital piece for the Boiler defense. Georgia Transfer Portal Entries: Kicker, Jared Zirkel announced on Tuesday that he will enter the transfer portal WR, Jackson Meeks enters the transfer portal. QB, Brock Vandagriff will transfer to Kentucky. EDGE, CJ Madden announced his intentions to enter the transfer portal. WR Jackson Meeks has announced that he will enter the transfer portal with one year of eligibility left Jonathan Jefferson has announced he will transfer to SMU.
