Cleveland Browns Playoff Scenarios and Chances: Can the Browns Still Win  the AFC North?

 

Week 17 action begins on Thursday night as the Cleveland Browns (10-5) play the New York Jets (6-9) in the presence of Amari Cooper, who had a record-breaking day the previous week.

Cooper recorded 265 receiving yards, a franchise high, in the Browns’ 36-22 victory over the Houston Texans. Cleveland, starting quarterback Joe Flacco, has won three straight games and is aiming for a postseason trip. With 368 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions, Flacco completed 27 of 42 passes.

The Jets prevailed 30-28 over the Washington Commanders by holding on. Despite being shut out by the Miami Dolphins the week before, Robert Saleh persisted with Trevor Siemian with Aaron Rodgers declared out for the remainder of the season. In addition to 12 receptions for 96 yards, Breece Hall had 20 carries for 95 yards and two scores. Sam Howell was intercepted twice by the defense.
