raiders management receive a special message from Russell Wilson.
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — First responders across the valley received a special visit on Wednesday.
Players and staff from our Las Vegas Raiders spent their day showing them support ahead of Super Bowl LVIII.
Throughout the day, the team and the Raiderettes visited the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department headquarters and 10 other first responder agencies around the valley.
The group said they stopped by to acknowledge all the hard work the agencies are doing to keep the valley safe ahead of the Big Game.
It’ll be a very busy week for all first responders next week leading up to the Super Bowl.
LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — It’s a new chapter for the Silver and Black as the team moves forward with their new general manager.

Mid way through the 2023 season, as the Las Vegas Raiders stumbled to a 3-5 record, having benched free agent acquisition, Jimmy Garoppolo, and having seemingly yet again little hope for the ensuing season, owner Mark Davis fired both head coach Josh McDaniels and general manager, Dave Ziegler.
Despite some strong work from interim general manager and hall of famer, Champ Kelly, it seemed that Davis yearned for some outside expertise and strong track record at the position to pair with former interim now turned full time head coach, Antonio Pierce.
Even though the Raiders did decide to move away from the idea of an in-house GM, they didn’t have to look very far for their new guy – in fact, he is the former GM of arch division rivals, the Los Angeles Chargers, per Ian Rapoport.
NEW DELHI: The Las Vegas Raiders are actively seeking a new offensive coordinator, and former Chicago Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy is reportedly in the mix for the role, according to NFL Network reports on Tuesday.
Getsy was let go by the Bears on January 10 after a 7-10 season. Chicago’s offense, directed by Getsy under head coach Matt Eberflus, struggled in the 2022 and 2023 seasons, finishing 28th and 20th in total offense, respectively.
Despite challenges in the passing game, Getsy’s tenure with the Bears saw the team excel in rushing, finishing No. 1 in the league in 2022 and No. 2 in 2023. However, the team faced difficulties moving the ball through the air, particularly with quarterback Justin Fields.
The Raiders’ new head coach, Antonio Pierce, is also exploring the option of hiring Los Angeles Rams quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator Zac Robinson for the offensive coordinator position, as per multiple reports. The team decided not to retain interim offensive coordinator Bo Hardegree, who took over when offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi and head coach Josh McDaniels were fired midseason.
The Raiders, finishing the 2023 season with an 8-9 record, struggled offensively, ranking 23rd in scoring offense and 27th in total offense. The search for a new offensive coordinator is part of the team’s efforts to revamp its offensive strategy for the upcoming season.
