What A Terrible Sad News: 49ers QBBrock Purdy Says San Francisco 49ers Coach Kyle Shanahan Is The Worse Coach He Hate In The NFL.
Brock Purdy has enjoyed a solid season with the San Francisco 49ers as its starting QB. Not only did he enjoy a full season as a starter, but he also managed to lead the Niners to a Super Bowl appearance.
While he fell short of winning his first Super Bowl ring, he managed to win one during the offseason of his third year in the NFL: his wedding band with long-time fiance Jenna Brandt.
Purdy married his long-time girlfriend in Des Moines, Iowa over the weekend, away from the spectacle of the NFL. From the images shared all over social media, it’s apparent that the newlyweds are very much in love and happy with their lives.“THATS MY QUARTERBACK CONGRATULATIONS BROCK AND JENNA!” one fan wrote.
“My king got his ring and that’s what’s most important in life,” one fan added.
“I was so hoping we would get a pic or two from their wedding today. Congratulations Brock Purdy and Jenna,” one fan added.
“Smart man! I’m pretty sure every single QB who won the Super Bowl other than Aaron Rodgers had a wife when they won it. 49ers up next?” one fan added.
“In a crap world, there’s also beautiful moments like this,” one fan added.
Gridiron Heroics wishes both Brock and Jenna best wishes on their union as man and wife.
After suffering a close loss at Super Bowl LVIII, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy found joy again by marrying his sweetheart Jenna Brandt.
The couple tied the knot in a ceremony attended by over 350 well-wishers in Des Moines, Iowa, on Saturday. NFL star Purdy looked dapper in a classic tux, while bride Brandt wowed in a white gown with her hair styled in an updo.
Their photo session was just as heartwarming, capturing moments outside their wedding church and with Brock’s pals. Their romance story began while studying at Iowa State University and they announced their engagement in July 2023, with Brock gushing: “My Jenna girl forever. I can’t wait to be your husband. Here’s to forever babe. I love you JB!”
Jenna has been a rock for Brock during his 49ers games. “Always cheering you on, babes,” she wrote alongside a photo of the pair at Levi’s Stadium in California in 2023.
Brock’s college friend Blake Clark also made it to the wedding. Clark is the brother of basketball ace Caitlin and was also once backup quarterback during Brocks triumphant run at Iowa State, where he notched up more wins than any other quarterback in history.
“So Blake Clark is a great friend of mine, he’s going to be at my wedding,” Purdy said in the buildup to Super Bowl LVIII. “He’s the man, yeah I love him, he was one of my best friends for four years at Iowa State. Caitlin, I wasn’t around as much but obviously just through Blake. We’d always watch her and what a baller she was from day one.
“Obviously, from high school, we knew she was gonna be a game-changer. So, to see her now absolutely killing it, I couldn’t be happier for her.”
Sharing some more kind words about the NCAA’s all-time leading points scorer’s brother Purdy continued: “I think just the grit. The competitive nature that he has. When you watch it, it makes you want to play, it makes you want to play your sport well. So, when you see her out there getting her teammates fired up and stuff like that, it reminds you of when you’re out on the field playing and your willingness to win.”
Much like Clark, Purdy wants to write his name into the history books next season when the 49ers will try to win the Super Bowl once again.
In his first appearance in the championship game, the quarterback was seconds away from lifting the Vince Lombardi Trophy for the first time. But a superb pass from Patrick Mahomes to find Mecole Hardman Jr in overtime broke Niners hearts and gave the Kansas City Chiefs their second successive Super Bowl title.
