Tracking every signing, rumor, report and more surrounding the Chicago Bears in the 2024 NFL free agency period.

LAKE FOREST, Ill., — The next stage in the 2024 NFL offseason is set to begin with free agency and the official start of the new league year upon us. This offseason will be a very important one for the Chicago Bears in the third year of the Ryan Poles and Matt Eberflus era. Not only do the Bears have to make a decision at quarterback to stick with Justin Fields or use the No. 1 overall pick on a quarterback, but they also have the No. 9 overall pick as well.

As far as cap space, Chicago has just over $60M entering this free-agent period but do have some holes to fill on their roster. As we get set for the start of the new league year, we are going to keep you updated with every rumor, report, signing, trade or whatever goes down with the Bears.

Monday, 12 p.m. ET: The legal tampering period begins and runs until 4 p.m. ET on Wednesday. “Clubs are permitted to contact, and enter into contract negotiations with, the certified agents of players who will become Unrestricted Free Agents”
